What is CTA Whitelisting ?
Call-to-Action (CTA) whitelisting is a regulatory requirement established by TRAI to combat SMS-based fraud. CTAs are interactive elements in your SMS messages that prompt recipients to take specific actions—clicking a website link, calling a phone number, downloading an app, or sending an email. How long does the whitelisting process take?
